  • Japan Pacific Islands Association held a reception on Tuesday, 21st April in Tokyo, for the former Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Tonga, Dr. Kazuchika Hamuro, and the new Ambassador designated of Japan to the Kingdom of Tonga, Mr. Yukio Numata.
