Japan Film Screening 2022 in Nuku‘alofa

The Embassy of Japan in partnership with the Japan Foundation, will host the 2022 Film Screening in Nuku‘alofa, on 28th-29th January in the Taufa’ahau Tupou IV Domestic Wharf.
Four featured movies will be screened with English subtitles in two days: on Friday 28 January we present one of Japan’s 2018 popular movie, “We make Antiques!” Then on Saturday 29 January three movies “AWAKE” “Nosari-Impermanent Eternity” “After the Sunset” will be showed. Admission for all movies are FREE.
The Embassy of Japan welcomes all Japanese movie lovers. The schedule of screening are as below;

7:00pm – Movie 1) We make Antiques!
Saturday 29 January 2022
10:00am – Door open
10:30am – Movie 1) AWAKE
12:45pm – Movie 2) Nosari-Impermanent Eternity
3:15pm – Movie 3) After the Sunset
The 2022 Japan Film Screening is one of many cultural events hosted by the Embassy of Japan in partnership with the Japan Foundation, to promote understnading of the people of the Kingdom of Tonga toward Japan’s culture.
